MAKE A DONATION IN A C4S RIDER'S NAME.

Support the Missoula Symphony with a tax-deductible donation in the name of a C4S rider or with a contribution directly to the Missoula Symphony Association. Your contribution is 100% tax-deductible and directly benefits the Missoula Symphony Association, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization.

We will add your donation amount to any other donations brought in by the rider you choose when we award prizes. Prizes will be awarded to riders who bring $500-$999 and $1,000+ in donations.

Note: To count toward prizes awarded at check-in for C4S, your donation in a rider’s name must be received by Monday, August 15, 2011.

Take your pick of four ways to support a rider and the Missoula Symphony:

1. Give a check or cash to a rider.
   
   Add your name and contribution amount to a rider’s donation sheet. You will receive a tax receipt from the Missoula Symphony Association by mail for your contribution.
   
   
2. Donate online.
   
   Visit the Missoula Symphony Association page at . In the right column, enter or find a rider’s name to access his or her fundraising page. Your acknowledgment email from FirstGiving will serve as your tax receipt.
   
   
3. Charge by phone.
   
   Call the Missoula Symphony Association at 406.721.3194 and charge your donation using a Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit card. You will receive a tax receipt from the Missoula Symphony Association by mail for your contribution.
   
   
4. Mail a check.
   
   Download the printable Pledge & Donation Form (MS Word) (PDF) and fill in the rider’s name and your payment information. Then mail it with a check to the following address:

You will receive a tax receipt from the Missoula Symphony Association by mail for your contribution.
